First released in 1939, the Silver Screen family favorite captivated audiences with its enchanting story, unforgettable characters headed up by the iconic Judy Garland, and of course its Academy Award-winning score, quickly becoming a cultural phenomenon.
After a tornado hits her native Kansas, Dorothy and her canine friend Toto are whisked away to the enchanted world of Oz. Following the Yellow Brick Road they befriend a loving host of friends - a Scarecrow, a Tin Man and a cowardly Lion - and set out on a quest to find the Wicked Witch of the West's broomstick at the behest of the shadowy Wizard.
